This was my one and only bridal shop experience when looking for my wedding dress. On arrival the lovely Mikayla went through what I was looking for with my dress and my budget guidelines. I had time to browse through the collection while she pulled a variety of dresses for me based on what I had told her. Mikayla was excellent at not providing any pressure, simply asking me to rate each dress in turn and describe what I liked/didn't like about it. I was extremely lucky to have the store to myself at the time and Mikayla gave me ample time to work my way through the selections without ever feeling rushed. When I found *the* dress she was also able to provide some good suggestions on alterations that would take it from "almost perfect" to "perfect" for my tastes. She was also able to provide suggestions for local dressmakers/seamstresses where I could take the dress for alterations. I was well aware of the company policy of no photos beforehand and had no issues. One minor disappointment (and this may be common at all bridal stores) was that I had to buy a proper dress bag separately as the only one included was a clear plastic drying cleaning style bag. Given how much you're already spending it would have been nice that ideal storage was included in the price tag. Overall I would recommend The Bridal Company and in particular the lovely Mikayla.
