  • Timeline: Most in-stock items are ready to ship within 2–5 business days. For urgent requests, please contact us for expedited options.

  • Shipping: You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments, and some items may ship directly from the designer.

  • MSRP & Authenticity: Our online prices reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). To protect the integrity of these designs, prices are strictly regulated. Be wary of websites offering lower prices, as they are often selling counterfeit or inferior quality replicas.

  • Online vs. In-Store: Online pricing may differ from our physical boutique prices. Our website offers a convenient, self-service shopping experience, while our in-store pricing reflects the personalized, high-touch service provided by our stylists.
